Dazzled and inspired

Trucking right through winter, 
the road gets white and slippy,
But no giving up on a snowy run
when delivering goods is tricky.

The snowflakes fall like stars,
they sparkle in the headlights,
but they also hide the dangers,
of wind and cold and ice.

Feel the mountains looming, 
they hide among the clouds, 
they are menacing and mighty,
concealed in a fog-mist shroud.

Steep slopes and narrow curves,
cache latent force of nature.
It is both beautiful and fierce,
evoking skills and courage.

Dazzled by a wall whiteness,
that changes everything in sight,
and inspired by the brightness,
of winter, to truck on right.
