Gleaming Webs

The morning sun reveals a wondrous sight
A thousand webs of silver and of gold
They sparkle in the gentle rays of light
And weave a magic tapestry so bold

The spiders have been busy in the night
They spun their threads across the trees and grass
They caught the dewdrops in their silken flight
And made a gleaming network of their craft

The webs connect the nature in a bond
They show the beauty of the warp and weft
They make us see the world in ways beyond
The ordinary and the mundane left

The gleaming webs are gifts for us to see
They fill our hearts with wonder and with glee
The gleaming webs
