Choc hummus dip


Ingredients:

• 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

• 2 tbsp peanut butter

• 2 tbsp honey

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

• 2 tbsp cocoa powder

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 2-4 tbsp cup soya milk

Instructions:

• Combine the chickpeas, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and cocoa powder in a food processor or powerful blender.

• Blend until smooth.

• Add the milk, one tablespoon at a time, and blend after each addition until the texture reaches your desired consistency.
