Hello! I’m vegan too, and last week made a vegan blackberry “cheese” cake! It was delicious. Even my brother-in-law enjoyed it and he’s not a fan of healthy foods 🙂
Ooh, that sounds delicious! I was out blackberry picking yesterday, there are so many of them here just ripened. My daughter made some bramble jelly and we were talking about other ways to preserve them.
