Tapas

I step on my mat, my heart is at peace,
I breathe in and out, in perfect release.
I stretch out my limbs, with balance and poise,
As my body grows warm, like a blazing fire.
The energy within, it starts to ignite,
As I flow through the poses, with all my might.
The heat builds and builds, in my core so true,
I feel like a flame, burning bright and new.
