Emotions are like dragons, 
Fierce and wild and free, 
They can lift us up to the heavens, 
Or drag us down to the sea. 

Some are bright and shining, 
Like the sun on a summer’s day, 
While others are dark and brooding, 
Like a storm cloud on its way. 

But all of them are beautiful, 
In their own unique way, 
And when we learn to name them,
We can make them tame for us each day.
