Smoothie recipe

Ingredients:

  • 9 red dead nettle stems, flowers, and leaves
  • 9 stinging nettle tips
  • 9 bramble tips
  • 9 dandelion leaves
  • A handful of sticky weed
  • 1 mug of soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Instructions:

  • 1. Begin by washing all the greens thoroughly and removing any dirt or debris.
  • 2. Chop the red dead nettle stems, flowers, and leaves into small pieces.
  • 3. Add the red dead nettle, stinging nettle tips, bramble tips, dandelion leaves, and sticky weed to a blender.
  • 4. Pour in the soy milk and honey.
  • 5. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth.
  • 6. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more honey if needed.
  • 7. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
